Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing our products from Nish Man Australia.
Please choose carefully when purchasing from our store as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty and cannot be repaired.
All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty). Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, except when an item is faulty and covered by a warranty period.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return any items that Nish Man Australia deem to be in unacceptable condition (unless faulty) or outside of the mentioned timeframe. The customer will be responsible for any return costs. Nish Man Australia takes no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest that you send them via registered post.
We pick, pack and ship your orders with extra love and care but unfortunately when they are in transit with our carriers, it's out of our control. If any items arrive damaged, broken or have leaks/damages, please contact our customer support team via email on hello@nishman.com.au or via the phone on 02 9066 5755 (between 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday) to organise a return or refund.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The funds will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
