Shipping policy
All shipments are dispatched through Australia Post or CouriersPlease.
For retail customers, if your order is over $80, you qualify for free shipping. For wholesale, orders over $160 qualify for free shipping. Freight is calculated at the checkout otherwise. Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched after 1-5 business days. If there is a problem with your order and we cannot fill it within this time frame, a Nish Man customer service member will be in touch using the contact details provide. Please use your current phone number and email as this will be our way of contacting you.
Nish Man will not be held liable for any late deliveries or any losses, damages, expenses, charges, or costs that may arise from delivery. Nish Man will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage that may occur once delivery has been made by shipping provider and all responsibility from the point of delivery will be passed on to you.
Once the order has been released, you are responsible to check the order and inform Nish Man of any damages or faults within 2 working days. Orders will be delivered to the Shipping Address that is stated in the Order Process. Please check this information is correct, as Nish Man will take no responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and/or any losses that may occur as a result.

Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please also be aware that we do not send to PO Boxes.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Wholesale Shipping Policy
All wholesale orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. Standard shipping applies to orders under $160. Wholesale customers placing orders over $160 qualify for free shipping. Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent so you can monitor your shipment.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
